Crafted using a centuries-old recipe from the Marchesi di San Giuliano estate, it offers a vibrant citrus undertone. Perfect for spreading on toast, croissants, or scones, it also shines as a baking ingredient in cookies, crumble bars, or cake fillings. 

The San Giuliano estate, nestled on Sicily's fertile east coast near Mt. Etna, has been producing marmalades for over 800 years. Using hand-picked, organically-farmed citrus, their traditional three-day process creates intensely fragrant marmalades without any preservatives or thickeners.
