All sales are final due to small batch and handmade nature of our offerings. We do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds of any kind for all items offered for sale on our Website. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will strive to fix any issues that may arise.

We aim to capture our rugs in natural light without filters to faithfully depict their colors, textures and patterns. Please contact us to request additional photos or videos so you can better assess our rugs before you purchase.

Shipping fees differ depending on the destination. For larger or more fragile items, extra handling charges will apply and shown during checkout.
